Satisfactory Completion of
Portfolio Initiation

·        Printed copy of APEL 1 Personal  Reflection, consisting of two parts:
Ø       Life Mission Statement
Ø       Personality Preference Survey
·        Academic Certificates
     (e.g. GCE ‘O’)
·        Evidence of CCA participation in previous school(s) (if any)
·        Evidence of participation in self-directed development programmes or activities in the polytechnic (if any)
·        Well organised and presentable

Satisfactory Completion of
Portfolio Review

·        Portfolio Items required in            APEL 1 (if available)
·        Printed copy of APEL 2 Service Reflection
·        Exam Transcripts
·        Evidence of participation in at least one self-directed development programme or activity throughout the years in the polytechnic
·        Well organised and presentable

Satisfactory Completion of Portfolio Presentation

·        Portfolio Items required in APEL 1 & 2 (If available)
·        Printed copy of APEL 3 Values Reflection & Evaluation
·        Exam Transcripts
